Nine Trumbull school districts saw a decrease this year in the percentage of students passing the Ohio graduation test. Bloomfield-Mespo has tumbled 16.7%; Bristol has dropped more than 14 percent. McDonald Local School district ranked first in Trumbull County for three years in a row and still managed to improve with a 1.8% increase in the number of students passing all five of the OGT sections.
