While announcing new school board appointments, Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson also took the time to talk about the city's poor results on the Ohio Graduation Test. He said that he will not be fully satisfied until 100 percent of students pass the test. The district had over 40 percent of seniors did not pass all five sections of the test.
