An opinion piece in the Cincinnati area Community Press notes the Miami Valley Christian Academy is about to graduate its first senior class and the 14 students are so exceptional they all passed the Ohio Graduation Test on the first try.

The 14 will graduate on May 26 and eight of them are attended elementary and junior high school at the school. They are referred to as the school's "pioneers" because they stayed with the school and helped it grow.

Aside from passing the OGT on first try, the 14 seniors have all applied to colleges and universities and expect to be accepted. They've set the standard for the school's college prep curriculum, built a competitive athletic program, outstanding drama program and other extra curriculars.

All have participated in mission trips and performed service to others in mission situations. In short, they are a varied and talented group with lots of promise.

The article concludes with the note that "this class has a lot of class."
