I have completed a review of the new Science OGT study guide by IQ-ity. Included in this guide are quality standards-based science learning tips, lessons to inform and refresh student understanding, and assessment items presented in OGT-like format. Also included are multiple choice, short answer and extended response assessment items at various levels of difficulty and covering all of the grade 9 and 10 science benchmarks. Answers with explanations are provided. In addition, a student using this OGT Study Guide would find interesting and colorful illustrations and friendly, conversational and scientifically accurate lessons with well designed flow of topics and hints on successful test taking. The guide is designed for smooth and easy online use. All levels of science learners preparing for the OGT would likely benefit from this Study Guide. It could be a valuable resource for students – and teachers.
