Allow more of your seniors to receive diplomas at your 2007 commencement
Improve your district’s standing on the 2007 Ohio Report Card
Achieve Safe Harbor for your district, if necessary under law
And One Strong Answer for Students
For the first time in history, Ohio seniors in the Class of 2007 will NOT be permitted to
graduate if they do not pass the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT.) Educators are obligated to
assist students faced with this possibility in an effective and timely manner. Sending students
and parents to the local book store for an OGT test book is one option. A better choice is
using a new and innovative online learning product called IQ-ity OGT Practice Test.
Many students in the current K-12 generation love computers. More than 40 districts in Ohio
offer virtual learning in some form to about 20,000 students. “Recent developments have
confirmed online learning’s place in the K-12 education mainstream,” according to eSchool
News. Also, nearly two-thirds of all colleges and universities that deliver face-to-face
instruction now also offer online courses, according to a recent survey on virtual instruction
sponsored by the nonprofit Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
If a college-bound student in Ohio has not yet experienced online learning, the IQ-ity OGT
Practice Test is an excellent and practical introduction.
